And it also goes back to cost. Not everyone is rich. A decent gaming PC can cost nearly $1000 while a console is $500 or less. Consoles these days can do most things a PC can do. So people would buy a console over a PC.

PC exclusives are usually better I mean every is saying the last of us is greatest game made I tried it at jb hi fi and it was a cutscene shootfest and isn't that girl off like juno or something IM MEAN SERIOUSLY they couldnt find anybody better it reminds me of Blizzard fire the orginal voive actor for Kerrigan replacing her with some Hollywood "Barbie Princess" or rubbish like that.
Naughty dog along with Gearbox are someone of the crappiest devolpers.
