The world could always use more heroes 
I like the Xbox One as well. I just don't like it enough to get one. I want a console primarily for gaming, which Xbox One is not. I've already said the extra $100 isn't much of an issue, because that's mostly for the new Kinect. I saw a game demo using the new Kinect and it looked like it worked a hell of a lot better. But because I want a console for gaming, the PS4 is a much better deal, and why I now have one pre-ordered.

Each console appeals to a different market, which honestly I think is another mistake on Microsoft's part. They really need to appeal to gamers, not multimedia users who are gamers on the side. Sony is doing the exact opposite, which is why the PS4 will be more successful.
