No, Skull. I'm saying that most people are idiots because most people are idiots. This is the same for most topics, because most people aren't informed and have opinions based on PR, spin, and what their friends think. That's the world, sadly. My point is that saying "most people think xxx" is rarely a good starting point. Calling them idiots is harsh, yes, but it saves on the word count.

There are big problems with Xbox One. It's going to struggle unless Microsoft change some things, there's little doubt about that. But that's not to say it isn't an amazing bit of kit, which it is. The issue being that it's doing what Microsoft always intended it to do - To become the hub your living room entertainment revolves around. Most people don't want that. They want another pure gaming machine, which isn't what the Xbox One is. What Xbox One is trying to achieve? That integration and interface? That is the future starting to take shape.

It's ludicrous. People are saying "omg it's crap" when, really, what have they actually seen or experienced? Have we played any of the games? Have we tested Kinect 2? Have we even got the final specs confirmed? No. No. And no. This final point is likely to change very soon, of course.

We live in a world of kneejerk reactions and it's all a bit silly. We can't come close to fairly judging these consoles for a long time yet. So I'd prefer to be positive, say that they're both amazing (despite the issues, they'll both play magnificent games and have fantastic online integration).
