You're not supposed to swallow unflouridated toothpaste as well, so that argument is moot. Furthermore, particles in drinks spend quite a lot of time on your teeth, which is why drinking sugar water is worse for your teeth than eating sugar.

As for these GMO's, I'm talking about modifications on a genetic level. Any chemicals added to the crops is not GM anymore, and so doesn't hold any point. If they are using GM to justify use of chemicals, then it's still the chemicals that are being added and GM is still clean.

I've posted some links like you have, but considering they are from Wikipedia, you may discount them. However, they seem to state that no actual large health risks are present in water fluoridation and that while little is known about GM still, experiments show lack of allergy inducement and increased cancer risk.
