It's certainly an improvement over the original, that much's for sure.
I do hope you'll eventually cross the bridge of no return for compatibility and just break free of any chains binding you from implementing truly new things like the passing of strings and other such features
We've had 15 years of the old Dink, a new one without compatibility won't be the end of the world
