If I wrote a book with intentional spelling mistakes in every sentence, such as "j00 is a n00b" or "dat suxx" the editors would never bother with it, no matter how good the story is.
They would if it was an intentional use of dialect.
Lots of authors purposely write the way their characters would write or speak, even though it's not standard English.
