If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
CCleaner will not help at all, it's not anti virus/malware. It cleans up your computer doing stuff like emptying your temp folders and recycle bin, deleting cookies, removing old registry entries etc... It's a good thing to use in general but not what you need for this.
