WinDinkEdit is simple enough, so people bothered learning it. Well, most did anyway. I'm afraid that if you alter WinDinkEdit much more, it will end up getting too complicated. WinDinkEdit was good enough for 9 years, and it's still good enough. On top of that, RW created a new version, which added almost everything that was missing before, and he's still adding more stuff.

When I look at the Latest Files, it makes me sad. Not only do the files reach all the way to October, but there are 10 non D-Mod files and only 4 D-Mods (one of them being an update). It's always nice to have new editors and development files, but currently people are putting as much time into non D-Mod files, as they used to put into D-Mods. The amount of non D-Mod files and D-Mods should be reversed. After all, what's the point of making a non D-Mod file if so few are actually making D-Mods, which reduces the chance of all the non D-Mod files being actually used.

Wow, that went on longer than it needed, but if it helped in getting my point through, then I'm happy.
