If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
You must've read the paper behind the bottles, so that can't be the problem. Then, you should hit all of them (you should see a counter which counts them). If still nothing works, you should mail me your savegame to simeonv@softhome.net and I'll see what I can do. Just make sure you've done everything up to the point where you have to hit them.
