Not necessarilly, Abo. Even a jerk like you could end up running a forum; Being an administrator and actually acting like one would over time cause you to speak with humility elsewhere, as you gradually start to evolve. Even Skull could evolve if he so needs to, or if this idea ends up going ahead; Wether or not it will, both the idea and evolution, is the question. Correction, two questions...
Personally I support the idea on the grounds that certain spam threads which still appear and are posted by the new usuals are getting annoying to skip past. However I think a new forum would still need more than one sole administrator/mod to allow people in. Naturally the current staff here would qualify automatically
