What Leprochaun said. It's impossible to have a serious debate because even if anyone here was in the least likely to change their minds, no one has yet posted an argument that's anywhere close to... well... a real argument.
Anti-evolution: "But God exists; your argument is invalid. I'm not really going to bother trying to understand the theory of evolution because I know it's not true."
Pro-evolution: "You just don't understand evolution properly. I mean I don't either, but that's okay because I believe in it."
Each side insults the other, explaining their beliefs with an accompaniment of snide remarks, content in the knowledge that they are the correct one. I've partaken of these sorts of arguments before on other forums, and they have never got anywhere and they never will. Everyone is arguing to change the minds of the opposition with no openness to having their own mind changed whatsoever. It's pointless and stupid to argue in this way.
