Ok I got the hammer and now have been stuck for hours.

I got the coin by the ferry nothing happens killed all people

etc.. etc...

Now I go the hammer and am stuck please save my sanity and give me a hint what is next and do not tell me to clean the stone I cannot figure that out either.
