Never having played Morrowind, I like Oblivion better. But one thing I don't like about Oblivion is that the leveling up is tricky. Before I started, I read some of the UESPWiki, which said that to keep the enemies from getting much stronger than you as you level up, you should increase endurance first, without over-leveling. I wanted to be primarily a magic user, but I decided to follow their suggestion and put off the magic till later. I can't find it right now, but somehow I concluded that it would be best to level up strength before the magic-related attributes. The way it worked out, I had to carefully balance attacking and defending so I wouldn't get endurance points too quickly. Having to pay that much attention got on my nerves, so I quit. I might go back to it someday. I don't know, was I being too cautious? There are other strategies, such as not increasing the level or setting the difficulty to low.
