Well, after 12 years of production, it may be a little disappointing. But it's the fact that it's DUKE FREAKIN NUKEM why you should buy it! 
It's the first game since San Andreas, which means it's the first game in a long ass time, that has put gameplay, epic sick and twisted 90's humor and everything else, above graphics. The graphics aren't bad, don't think that (as if it really mattered if they were) but to one's eye they may seem a bit behind their time. I don't give a shoot though, I'm gonna buy it on Monday, when I drive past a bigger store (no new games ever arrive where I live). The videos I've seen are amazing, such as playing football with an alien cyclops' eye. xD
