If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
Take Dertin in your party, and go see Dertina. Talk to Dertin via party system, about her. Then continue the main storyline until you get another option. Then finally, when Dertin agrees to solve his problems with his daughter, go see Dertina.

A good point in the game to talk to Dertin about her is after the Cthilmor Cultist part, where you break out of the prison. Just take Dertin with you, and talk to him through the party system.
