Well a new dink would be like someone making another alternate hero sort of thing - go for it - then release the model so we can all do wicked things to him that you never thought possible when you first think him up heh
I have done some pretty bad things to ole dink hehe (you should see my latest fat dink sequence hes a real pig heh) so I cant see how making a new one is any different to making an alt hero. Addons were allowed so we could play with it soooo - thats a big yes tick from me
Edit OHhhh you mean the game?? Make a new dink game? (I thought you meant a new Dink model) Well it wouldn't be dink without the dinkc - but if you wanna make a game why not - why base it on dink tho if its not dinkc or dink related cause it wouldnt be a lot of use to the community if it wasnt able to work with the original and the other dmods people made?
