If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
I think the walkthrough hasn't been updated for version 2.0. In version 2.0 a lot of changes where made, the entire goblin fortress wasn't there back when this walkthrough was first released. The water can be found on the far western side of the cliffs.
