I have seen so many people on TV that say "You can't stop people speeding", "They will do it anyway" etc.
Who else here thinks that's bullshoot? I just watched the movie Speed and that guy managed to ensure the bus stayed over 50 miles per hour, surely something similar can be made to keep cars from going over, say, 110k/h? Obviously without the dangerous explosives, but instead have it slow the car down slightly until it is back within the limits?
BTW how do you abbreviate "miles per hour" I'm not American so don't flame me for it.
