It's a loaded game that I saved during the first spider battle. I don't know if that has caused any problems, but when I started a new game, it all works perfectly normal there. Maybe it's just Dink being stupid or something.
Ah yes I think I did encounter this bug before. Strangely it only occured for my after loading a certain game. Looks like you somehow got the same issue. Let's just blame Dink and be done with it, saves me the time looking for something I can't find
