I'm pretty sure there are several ways to set up an Anti-cheat system when it comes against Ultimate Cheat. e.g Scripting in special monitors that constantly check what your stats and gold are and only increases the original count when you level up the skill or grab some loot from a dead (DRAGON!!) carcass of some sort. It would take a while to sort out, though.
