there is no such thing as maturity. live for yourself. dont worry about meeting a social standard or anything fabulous like that. when you are old and you realize youve wasted your whole life, you will realize you never were mature. you just acted how you thought you had to act.

being mature is being able to handle situations on your own. its being yourself and not caring what others think. dont care. sometimes i tell my best friend that his problem is that he doesnt care. sometimes i tell him that is problem is caring too much. when you are mature is when you can tell the difference on your own, not when you worry about maturity.
