Long ago, the people of Windemere were banned from eating ducks including their eggs. The guy whose house houses the stairs was starving to death and began praying desperately to the Ancients. Lord Seth heard his prayers, as the floor opened up beneath the hungry boy, ingesting him. The child found himself on top of the biggest eggs he had ever seen. He ate to is fill, but the eggs of Joppa Isle remained a family secret - the family constructed a settlement on top of the nest, selling the eggs for a small profit - notice that this house is the only one that gives money to the ducks (little bowl outside house). Historians and Windemere anthropologists have suggested that the family also supplied Bishop Nelson with DDCs, this theory has not yet been proven, but was possibly a homage to the saviour, Seth.
