If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
Do the new tiles show up at all? In the editor, in the game?
If not, it's incredibly likely that something isn't named right. If you have the "hide extensions for known file types" box checked in folder options, and you named the tile "ts20.bmp", it might actually be "ts20.bmp.bmp".
