The abndoned house to the North was owned by the shopkeeper, but he had to leave because the Stone Giants on the cliffs started throwing rocks at his house. In this sudden attack of the Stone Giants, the shopkeeper even forgot his gold there (and Dink stole it later). Now the shopkeeper hopes that a lightning would burn the house down. Oh, he's gonna be so jealous when he hears that Dink's house burned down.
