Another dull, nipple-petrificatingly cold and rainy afternoon sat outside among bins, broken pool ques, disused video poker machines and other such artifacts, all decorated with as diverse an array of bird feces you could hope to observe. I'm out back of my local congregation for spides, heavy dope smokers and the unemployed; 'slots o' fun' sucking on an ashy, cancerous beacon of happiness. This has come to be the highlight of my day - I'm not sitting at my desk vaugly listening to averagely incompetent teachers regurgitating the content of my textbook or shallowly conversing with my frightfully middle class peers about coursework or exams. I have a bit of time to be in relative peace and smoke, only disturbed by the occasional outburst of shootty techno from the nearby block of flats occupied primarily by drug dealers or some death threat being uttered across the courtyard.
Stood next to me is my quiete companion, Declan. Our friendship is one founded soley upon nicotine, during difficult emotional times such as being broke or forgetting to bring skins to school, we know we can rely on one another. He is a man of few words, which is why I was rather taken aback when he piped up and proclaimed "man, dont you hate licking a girl out while on acid?". It was in the casual, conversation starting manner also that it was said, as if he was expecting me to reply "yeah,that really is one of my pet peeves" that added to the impact of his statement. He went on to describe why he disliked this particular past time so and made some good points, however I couldn't honestly say that I agreed or disagreed with his opinions as I apparantly wasn't quite as experienced as he was.
