I have killed the dragon, talked to everyone and spent so many hours roaming the seas that my luck and honour quotients are sky-high. Where is the whirlpool? Is it in the upper or lower seas? Must I hover in screens and wait or keep cruising? Puhlease Help.

Hi. Maybe u should try and talk to the talking tree (the one that tells u that u have enough honor) so that the whirlpool can appear, then sail around with the frigate
