Where is it? The only wizard I know of only send you to the Author.

Have you done all your sidequests? Have you talked to the tree with the skulls yet? Have you gotten the dateredly duffuel of duck droppings yet? If you have you should be able to get the water.

Yeah, Hylanders right: go way down southeast, and you'll find a black tree with skulls hanging it it! Talk to the tree, and you'll get sent on another side quest.
It's all pretty much straight forward in this dmod: the hardest part, is remembering all the stuff you have to do!
And there's a lot!
