dink developments
I am thinking of making a dink game that looks and behaves like a command and conquer game.. lets say that you will see the land from the sky and you will be able to control the field.. just as in Red Alert..
But i am a little weak in C programming. I need help.. like making Pill bugs, Dragons and Such creatures go in to your command..
Its like having an army of pills, monsters and diferent things to fight against a computerised army of Samewhile you command yor army to conquer the comp..

It's a nice idea but would be very hard to do without making drastic changes to the C&C gameplay. For example you can't click and drag with the mouse, no right-click, no smooth-scrolling...
Would be good if you can do it though. Maybe controlling units of creatures instead of individual monsters or something.

maybe if the play was all on the same screen it wouldn't need scrolling? although it is possible to scroll the background, and you can also make the units move the same direction as the background, so i gues you CAN have a smooth scroll
well.. I think Those Vison Commands and
fade_down(1);
&vision =+1
draw_screen(Screennumber);
&story = +1
and etc.. With their help i think we can actually change the screen with out that scrolling thingummy.. Well We can put a Grassy back ground (tile) and Have houses and objects including sprites low sixed thus creating a scene such as the one shown in the introduction of that D-mod "Age Of Darkness" or " fall of Darkness" What ever that is.... Then We wiil have to make the cursor instead of dink and Have control over evry thing there...... sayonara for now..
