I have a question "Is it posible to make more than 1000 sequences?".Cause i don't want to make TLoftD III in two parts.

Yes and no. The limit will always be here if you don't edit the engine, but there's a workaround that involves temporarily replacing existing sequences using init lines. It's not very fun, though, and it can eventually cause big slowdown problems.

Let me add to this that it'd have to replace the sequence on-the-spot, so it'd add some loading time to load these sequences. Don't load too many at once and you should be fine.
