The download link for Good Heart Bad Heart is broken.
It's still broken. I am about to have to leave it off my "Play All the DMODs" project unless it's fixed.
Interesting... If the actual dmod file isn't on the site, well, that could be a problem.
What the?! I've never even noticed this D-Mod on the site before. As if it jumped to existence out of nowhere. It's almost ridiculous. 
It sure hasn't been available here in a while. I just browsed a version of Dink Network from 2007 and it already linked to the /dmods/ directory.
A version from 2005 did link to it, but the Internet Archive never got that page. Hell, I even found an old copy of WC's page and it was missing it. This one is gone, folks. Lost as much as a DMOD ever was.
