when i try to buy the flute a tax dude offers to take my lifes blood or my trade items... neither of which i want to do.... what do i do to kill the dink?

That TaxMan it's really a Anti-Cheater Person if you cheat with money he come's to you to make a decision:
"Give him all money" or "Give him your own Blood"
He won't be able when the world will be destroyed
