Okay if you've been to see the Queen and she says change name, and you've found the gypsy... then his wagon should be broken apart as he's been attacked. He should give you a piece of his wagon to help the Fairy change it's name.

I can't find the gypsie! I saw him once before, but now I don't know where he went or if he's not there anymore.
