I got to tware and found the rain machine but it says i need a duck whistle to get past the statue and i must have missed it somwhere along the wayif some one could help tell me where it is i would be gratefull....

The walkthrough says: "There is a fire torch surrounded by water on Rai, if you go back there when you have a bow (which you get on Tware), you will find a wizard. He will give you a duck whistle."
