Help with strong winds in FIAT

I got the herb boots, and tried to pass through the windy path, but couldn't. The boots helped resist the wind, but weren't strong enough to get me through it.

I could pass the wind without the herb boots on my old P133 MHz ( which prevented me from buying them then
).
It worked just fine on my PIII 650 MHz.
So maybe you have a recent computer that makes to wind too fast even with the herb boots.
What is your computer (GHz speed, RAM...)?
