Sorry about the nothing post....

I have a problem running dmods where all the sprites have a purple outline, particularly when I hit or throw magic. What's causing this?

I'm guessing somehow you got into Debug mode. While in the game, tap Alt-D to try to turn it off. If it doesn't turn off, try again, as sometimes it will turn off then right back on.

make sure you don't have the "enable log file" box checked.
