New Dmod: A Dmod
A Dmod
The renewed age of Dink Smallwood is upon us, distinguished members of the Dank Court. Count Skurnsolutionrooster has gifted our fair populace with a new dmod.
A Dmod is a dmod. And by the look of it, this should keep you busy for the whole year.

Looks like it got it's first review. If I created one, the score would be quite different. Can't say I can blame Skurn for releasing this in the current age where a D-Mod comes out about half a year though. BTW, as far as I can tell the ending is not a crash. Skurn just decided to kill the game after the defeat of the boss.
Please let me amend my review. My intention was not to blame Skurn for releasing that D-mod, but I tried to put there a mild warning for eager Dink fans, so they would not expect this to be a 700+ screen epic journey. (I by myself check ./Files every single day with heart full of hope).
This Dmod is definitely worth of playing. Sorry if I messed up that message.
Looking forward to see an expanded version of (the) A Dmod.

It's nice to have this tiny romp to play while waiting for another dmod of greater scope to be made.
I played it using the Linux version (DFArc version 3.12 and GNU FreeDink 108.4). The game crashed for me at the end of it too, just when Dink managed to attack the end boss once.

[spoiler warning] which instance of the end boss you're referring to? The #1 took several hits, but the later discovered one has a glass jaw.
Sorry If I came across like I was offended by your review. It wasn't my intention. I meant that I don't blame Skurn for releasing something that was subpar quality in the age of few D-Mod releases. By score I meant I would be more negative then you, but that's just my own opinion on the D-Mod.
Edit: Oh, there's an alternative version of the boss? Guess I should replay it.
Edit 2: Okay, that was funny. I might actually make a review.

keep in mind that this is by no means meant to be serious. kind of an in-between of intentionally horrible and legit gameplay i guess. took an hour or so. kinda a random thing, but there was nothin else to do. so it looks ok. not much effort. story checks don't exist. hardness is inconsistent. boss sucks. game flat-out closes due to kill_game.
maybe i should make somethin serious. preferably not too big, though. then it becomes a mess.

I know this was meant to be a joke. I'm actually wondering what you could do if you release something serious.
I actually enjoyed this and hope that you make something else at some point that isn't in a serious vein.
