I mentioned this moment in my review of Malachi the Jerk. The scene involving the blue bonca Grardlegar was one of the best moments in the entire D-mod. It invoked a very rare, but very unique and emotional moment, set both by the dialogue, and the sad music. Very few, if any D-mods before this have actually pulled off such an emotional moment, and going through with it was actually quite difficult. As I recall, I spent a few minutes reflecting on what had just happened, because it was just such an unexpected turn of events and so beautiful. Tim Maurer really knows what he's doing.
Also, best D-mod of 2014 isn't saying much, because there have been only 2 released so far (and 1 updated), but it's definitely set the standard for the next year.

Have you tried letting her kill you? You get a completely different ending that way.

In a way, I wasn't wrong. Bored of the Rings and QfD 3 are both unfinished/demos, and I was talking more about full D-mods. Malachi and Bloop were both full releases (one being a remake by a different author), and then Spy was an update to an old mod. I believe what I said still stands.
Edit: Actually, I don't see unfinished or demo on the Bored of the Rings page...but what I played of it was not very good, and felt really unfinished.
