Ok. Unfortunately I am not born in the UK, so it was only recently I've discovered the show. But I think it's the best thing ever!

For those who haven't seen it, it's a about an Alien who travels the universe in a blue police phone box.

Anyway, you guys like it?

I've only seen season one the new series, and season 12 and 13 old series (With Tom Baker as the Doctor), so no spoilers XD

One day, I will have to watch this show from at least the new beginning. I've liked all the episodes that I have seen... I just don't generally have the time to watch them all. One day, though... one day I will.

Even though I don't actually enjoy most episodes of Doctor Who I'm still rather a fan. I like the series very much.

Which reminds me, the latest episode came out a couple of days ago - I need to get hold of it!

Never got into the whole Dr. Who or Stargate thing. I have little love for Sci-fi. Good TV shows (imo) are Game of Thrones, Rome, Cadfael, Boardwalk Empire etc. Funny TV shows include Reno 911, Boston Legal and 12 oz mouse.

I usually don't like Si-Fi either, but Dr Who's the exception (and futurama of course).

The original black and white was best although the redo wasnt all bad... nothing ever touches the original )

Well I haven't seen the black and white ones, from the 60', but I've seen 2 seasons from the 70's with Tom Baker, and they are really good

well IMHO John Pertwee and Tom Baker were the best at playing da doc so you started on a goodun wee dinker may you find the tardis untouched!

I haven't seen many of the early ones, only a few of the Tom Baker episodes (liked them though). I've seen all of the 9th doctor (can't remember his name) and the 10th doctor (David Tenant), and the episodes that have came out with the 11th doctor (Matt Smith).

9th = Christopher Eccleston I think

As for Dr Who, I just simply prefer Dr Jekyll.

I love Doctor Who. I grew up on the old one, mostly Tom Baker. I've seen a few episodes of the new one, and I'm going to keep watching, once I get around to it. I think it's hard to get new viewers into the old episodes because of the bad special effects, but to me that's part of its charm.

Yeah, the special effects sometimes makes me laugh, but the good stories and great acting makes up for it, most of the time anyways.

Didn't watch it yet, because it's a BBC show, and those scare me. I haven't forgotten The Fimbles. Those scared me so much I couldn't sleep for a month.
