a thought
im thinking out loud here, but i played bftg again and i think striker and some other good modders should make the rest of it!! i really wanna see roller die!!
BFTG will be released tomorrow.
Just like Necromancer.

It should be illegal to give up a dmod that you have told the dinkers about
I don't think Striker will continue this DMOD, but it would be cool if he is willing to let somebody else finish it. The story definitely has potential, so if there's a good DMOD maker out there willing to take it on it could end up quite well.
It really needs to be a good DMOD maker though, as there is nothing more frustrating than a DMOD that could have been great. And I have my doubts about the availability of experienced DMOD authors, so it's not very likely to happen...

It's very easy to lose inspiration and interest in a mod.
Interesting fact: I did pass the d-mod on to SimonK, and some of the story ideas I had planned were implemented in Pilgrim's Quest. Now, after so much time has passed I don't think anyone could do it justice but me, after reworking the story and fixing some large plot holes I made for no apparent reason.
My current problem has been my inability to focus on any project for any length of time greater than a few days (at most), meaning that anything related to BFTG is not going to get done.

to bad... it wouldve made you a DN hero, at least in my book...
Striker already is a DN hero.
I would love to see a full version of BFTG, but I doubt it will ever happen. A lot of work would have to be put in to do the game justice, and I don't think any of the more experienced developers have the time nowadays.
Tomorrow, maybe?
