I am now stuck trying to get to the well. I have gone everywhere in search of the place that the walkthrough describes - just can't find it. How do I get to the well and poison it. I already have the poison in the bottle. Again, using the "fly" feature, I tried to use it on the well but it says something about the angle not right or unable to do it from there. What is the correct position? Thanks!

You need to get more agility in order to be able to throw it into the well... I forget the exact amount.

My agility is at 22. Honour=30. Luck=51 and the rest of the default stats are high as well. If I need more agility, now what?

Your stats are more than adequate I think... you need to stand about the same distance from the barrier as the well is, facing the well. When you are in the right position you can throw. When you have the right agility the throw will succeed.

I have done everything you said to do but still can't get Dink to poison the well. I've put him in every position halfway between the barrier and well but still no go. Dink's agility is at 22. I don't know what to do next. Also, how do you get past the barrier without cheating/flying? I have searched repeatedly and extensively for the place that the walkthrough describes to no avail. Where EXACTLY is it?

Okay does Dink actually throw the poison when you are on the map with the well behind the barrier? Does he say something else when you try to throw... such as "This isn't the best positon to throw?"

You need agility 14+ so that is not the problem.

You can't actually get passed the barriers - or at least you are not supposed to without cheating.

Okay, I've gotten everything right so far, I got the poison stuff, but I can't find the well. All I can find is where the wizard's muttering inside the settlement and where the people are on the coast talking about how good they are doing and if the overlord will spare them. Dink won't throw the bottle at all. Where's the well!!?????!!???

this is the second time i am posting this...

you can't go to the well directly, fist talk to chutik (the preist from the temple in blue robes, who will be in the hut where you started), after you talk to him dink will get the idea to poison the well, to get the poison get a empty bottle from the guy north of well in exchange for a sword (you might have already done this), then talk to the lady (whose family has died) or the guy in the hut(who thinks he has been poisoned) to get the poison in the empty bottle. now if you do some exploration you can find the well (explore paths west and south of the hut where the priest is). in the "well" screen there is only one position from which you can throw the poison, once you find the well, position yourself behind a small rock formation and then throw the bottle.

The location of the well is south of the second turn made to reach the wind spirit or just 2 screens south of the position of the first magma blob found on the dust area(the place where you find the wind spirit)
