Make a syrup out of 2 cups of sugar, and 1 cup of water. Place both in a pan and cook them for a while, stirring frequently at a low heat until it is transparent.
Get some Soda Water and mix with your syrup, along with some lemon, and lime juice for flavour.
If you don't want to make syrup, you can probably buy HFCS from a grocery store.
