NBA Playoffs
So, who's going to win? The Lakers and the Spurs are playing each other in the Western Conference Finals at the moment, and the series is currently 2-1 to the Lakers, which sucks.
And who's following the Eastern Conference? Celtics or Pistons? I'm hoping the Celtics win, and the Spurs meet them in the Grand Final!!

Spurs? Tottenham? What?
Celtic are Scottish and Lakers must be from Cumbria or something but I've never heard of the Pistons. Hmm... Pistons... maybe Liverpool?

Wait, misinterpreted the convo. Turns out it was MY comment that was uncalled for?
I'm not following B-Ball this year, but I'd probably root for the Pistons or really any team that isn't the ducking Lakers.
Aboot time those Roughriders beat the Roughriders, eh, hoser?

DinkDude95, is it really necessary to be so rude?
I've always been a big fan of the Miami Dolphins.
I do enjoy the fact that up until '96, with a league of 10 teams, two of them had the same name. So much confusion... GO RIDERS!
The Nye Mets are are my favorite squadron.
NBA? No thanks. NHL is on. Go Penguins! (Not my team, but I'm tired of Detroit)
Are you serious? You deleted my post?
Bah, stuff you and your incredibly incredible admin powers.
And you know, this post is probably going to get deleted now, just for fun.

Nah, they don't delete posts if they include the words 'stuff you', especially with regard to the NBA. That would be, umm, rac*, no, umm, clas*, no, umm, well, very un-sporting.
Hey, my post isn't deleted anymore.
Wow, you can actually do that. Most forum MODs don't have the ability to undelete posts. Hi-five Danny!

I hope it doesn't matter to you as much as your post seems to imply.
Anyway, part of the reason that posts can be "undeleted" here is that they're never really deleted in the first place, just obscured from most viewers.
By the way, I'm not sure if you're thanking redink1 for including the ability to undelete or for actually recovering your post, but for the record... I did the latter. I do have a sense of humor, you know

You? Sense of humour? Wow, I didn't realise.
And, yes, I was thanking redink1 for including the ability to undelete posts. I am not *that* stupid.

Just had to make sure. You're very... questionable.
Hehe, sure, Tal.
Anyway, the Spurs lost their series to the Lakers, 4-1, which sucks. But, I really think that a foul should have been called in game three when what's-his-name jumped on Brent Barry, I think it was, or Bruce Bowen. The crowd screamed foul, and he would have got 3 shots, to either even up the score or to win. But the ducking ref didn't call it. Stupid Lakers and their bribes...
