This topic is rubbish! If people wanna make friends, then they make 'em the right way, the genuine way. Just saying, "Can you be my friend?" is not right! You'll never be a proper friend, unless it's totally genuine!

I've made tonnes of friends by going 'hey there, let's be friends!' Sure, it only work with some sorts of people, but those are the sort that usually make great friends.
