How many of you have beaten the original Dink?
How about other D-MODS?

Just about everyone finishes it before moving on to other dmods. Looking for clues on how to finish it was how I found this board
( I managed to beat sethboss with fist! Ok, i was at level 18 or somthing...)

you whats great? In diablo going back to the blood moor and den of evil with out anything equiped and slaughtering all the monsters with out even a weapon! Its hilarious. Even better, you use a Thorns aura or a shield socketed with a skull so that attackrs take damage when they succesfully hit you, and stand in a group of wimpy monster and let them kill them selves by attacking you. I had to take off all my armor just for the early game monsters to be able to hit me, and even then it does practically no damage

I don't play many d-mods. But I have completed Cloud Castle, which is pretty dang hard.

If I have beaten it, I review it.

I play and beat Dink probably once every two or three months out of sheer boredom. My first go-through was about seven hours; however, subsequent runs have been around two hours.

As for D-Mods, I rarely take the time to play those anymore. I mostly hang around for the ones labeled as good or the contest ones (and I usually have to play the latter ones anyway). I don't have a whole lotta time to kill anymore.

then stop beating off so much and do something productive like playing more dmods.

I've beaten the big d-mods and a lot of the old ones from the time Dink was released, but... I'll let you all in on a little secret.

I've never beaten Seth. Ever. No, I'm not resigning as senior staff member. Yes I got the Fire Bow. Now shut up and move on to other topics

i`ve beaten it six times and even beaten seth all the time. it wasnt that hard actually as long you have the firebow and not cheat.

I have lost the count!
But i have beaten plenty!!

And i have also beated the orginalgame plenty of time (included Seth)

Seth isn't that powerfull... I beat him all the time no firebow.

Level-up your magic and defense a lot, arm herb-boots and hellfire and he's down before you've read all members of the DN aloud

Mooh, I didn't even have a strategy when beating Seth. I just armed my trustworthy lightsword and chopped him down.

I didnt beat Seth without a strategy.
But the rest of the game i am using fireball and hellfire and trying not to touch the enemy!

Just finished Dink 3times. Only found out about this page resently. Killed him with Firebow, hehehe... level 15.

Actually, I'm not, because I never said that "quote". But I'm happy to go along with it.

Last time I got bored I have done it:
No healing potions
No firebow
Never been killed
13 level

Who ever said it was better to give than receive, got it wrong

I've played pretty much every d-mod that there is to play- Well...except maybe 1 or 2 crappy d-mods, such as baywatch, or bloop the fish.

Gah, back to my inactivityness or something...

I've beaten all the dmods except for triangle mover. I got fustrated lstening to those sounds.

I've beaten prolly every Dmod on this board. (Yes even those yuckie ones or beta ones that never got updated so you had to cheat using certain things -no not god cause that is lame). lol and downloaded them all from fileplanet (which works occasionally for me).

I've beaten dink too more like 8 times (without cheatin first, then cheating because my patience is getting smaller everytime I play the original).

But don't ask me anything about it cause I mostly delete the smaller one's immediately after I complete it. But the huge classics I keep (hell of my exploded hard drive those were the only files that could be recovered, btw that cost me alot of cash since there was some very valuable work(& school)-data on it).

I like TDN alot (too bad I don't have much time to browse the forum)

Well can't wait untill this next competition is over that I can play at least 3 new Dmods .

Lol seems everytime I answer a thread I end up telling long stories, hmmm. lol enough for this thread.
