Guess im lucky i live on a tropical island where dengue feaver CERTAINLY doesnt exist, and its freezing, and you get NO heatstroke AT ALL, And where flies DEFINATLY DONT bother you a BIT.
I'll try to keep this short and sweet.
Back in Iowa, a typical day is 90 to 100 degrees Fahrenheit outside and there are mosquitoes.
In the winter every day is practically a blizzard elsewhere and I still had to stand outside for an hour waiting for the bus.
Every spring it is fairly nice, even if it floods from the snow melting.
Here in Harrisburg, Oregon the summer is fairly nicer than Iowa's, though some mosquitoes can manage to live here.
The winter is extremely rainy and sucks all of the time. But, there is not a lot of snow.
While I do complain a bit about the constant rain here, I am dang glad that I don't have to stand for an hour in the freezing cold just to go to school. I love it here in Oregon, despite the fact that this place was hit hard enough by the recession that it's not exactly comfortable.
40 degrees Fahrenheit would be pretty chilly, so I'm going to assume it's Celsius. Yeah, that can be pretty bad. You have a good reason to complain, but this site is not for complaining.

I assume 40F is like 10C.
Well, I have no clue how to translate F into C and Google isn't helping!
i think its 110 f some its to nearly at out place it nealy gets to 50.c which i thinks its 120f
Take the Fahrenheit number, subtract 32, then multiply it by five ninths.
"Well, I have no clue how to translate F into C and Google isn't helping!"
Just use Google directly as a calculator
eg:
40 F in C
110 F in C

It only rains when it's summer over here.
Come live to Finland for 22 years and then tell me you don't hate winter. You'll definitely earn my respect.
I've lived in the northern US for 16 years, and I dislike winter. I don't quite hate it yet, but maybe that's because this winter has been bizarrely mild.
I won't be surprised when snow starts falling in april.
Yeah, I think winter is holding back so it can dump a big blizzard on the whole country around then. Maybe we won't get a spring or summer.
Well NZ may not get cold, but we sit right under the Ozone hole. Thanks rest of the planet, because of you guys, we burn if we step outside for more than a few minutes.
I agree that summer sucks, but I don't hate it THAT much.
what was i thinking. winter sucks
It was funny when you sent ThePunisher that card, I still miss that guy.
yeah we're gonna have to do it again but make sure to include "don't leave"
I love summer.
Now you are allowed to hate me.
