Just dropped by to say hello
Hi everyone,
I don't know how many of you remember me, I was here a few years ago. I just remembered about Dink these days, and I thought I'd take a look on the site. I played a D-Mod, read the latest news, noticed that the site look&feel didn't change since I left.
How many people from my days are still here?
Is Necromancer still going to be released tommorrow?
Any new D-Mods that you recommend?

Hi friend, I am the most newest person of this site. But I bid you welcome back anyway.

Heya, Cypry!
Yeah, I heard Necromancer's coming out tomorrow. How exciting!

Of course I remember you, good Sir. Welcome back.
You should play my recent one.

You should play my recent one.

I just downloaded it. Are the colors supposed to look that wierd, like there is a different palette, or is just an incompatibility(I use FreeDink, on Linux)?
Still here, too! Nice to see you're still alive

Hi, cypry. I'm newish, but I've seen your name somewhere around here. So welcome back!

We're talking about Blacksmith's Trial right? Because he used Autumny tiles for it, it's not supposed to be green.

My mods are awesome!! O.o
Oh and you really need to play broken windows, now that's a cool dmod!

Yes, this is the D-Mod, but it's not just the tiles...
Here is a screenshot.

I think its the windows update for the graphics because mine went like that after i "upgraded it" sux so I uninstalled mine and it all works better with little dinky
And welcome back

And welcome back

It's not supposed to look like that..; (
The tiles are 24 bit...

Ah. That used to happen to me in the majority of D-Mods I played. I haven't had it since I got a new computer though, so I don't remember if I found a way around it or just didn't play them.
Hey cypry, welcome back.

Remove tiles/ts01.bmp to fix this weird issue (I mentioned it on another thread).
This is fixed in the development version of freedink, so it will appear in the next release.
Still, converting the reference palette tile (ts01.bmp) to 24bit is not a good idea

Thanks, it works now.

Ah well... You learn something each day, right??

Definitely remember you! You should finish your DinkC Editor, I still use it for error checking on all my D-Mods.
Hi cypry! How's it going? Yesterday was my birthday and I got a cool new mountain bike. Jealous?

Heeeey, it's another past person I've seen in the archives! Hi, welcome back, and happy birthday.

Hmmm... I think it's 3 years since I wrote any Delphi code, but I might give it a try. What new features would you like?
Undo and redo functions would be a must. Maybe some color coding (ie functions have specific colors).
