The guys an idiot. Japan has, by far, one of the lowest rates of murder/violence in the world. His main argument seems to be that there have been a few axe murders in Japan, and that an anime caused these murders since it featured a character who used an axe as a weapon. Well since they don't have guns in Japan, and the murders were in more rural areas where people might need to cut firewood, then an axe is a perfectly logical and likely weapon.
