Not there - they're stronger rocks. There's a place where you fall through the ceiling somewhere, under the wizard's bed on the floor above I think.

Edit: There's somewhere else to get bombs as well, if I remember right the next cell up from the wizard is empty. Go in there (don't know which key) and keep going through the wall. There's someone there who'll sell you some.
