If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
If you can't find the package button for a Dmod, turn on the 'shoe developer buttons' option in DFArc's settings menu, first.
You do not need to upload your file anywhere, because the Dink Network takes care of that on the Contribute form on the left.
